MANA ACTIVATE CLASS

Activate your body, mind & spirit with The Mana’s High Performance Routines, or as we like to call them HPRs. These are mini-routines to set yourself to achieve every single day, from mini meditations & breath work series to different ab and push up routines.

Class is held on the 8th floor of the Alluvion, in the grass “Park.” Class starts promptly at 2pm and is between 30 and 45 minutes.

Bring a water, towel, and optional yoga mat if you prefer it to lying on turf.
