The Program Includes:

  • Primal Body Fitness Program - In this version of Project Hermes we focus on building a strong muscular foundation with Raw Functional Training. We provide quick and effective circuit workout videos and tutorials on RFT and an unique  strength training program.

  • Optimal Nutrition Program - Using nutritionally dense foods & adaptogens, this meal plan is a balanced approach to eating an organic, whole foods diet. Designed for the busy individual, this plan is designed to meal prep twice per week but can also be prepared as la carte recipes. The nutrition program is rich in colorful fruits & vegetables, anti-inflammatory foods, probiotics, grass-fed & regeneratively raised meat, and sustainably caught fish. 

  • Adaptogenic Supplement Protocol - We provide you with a list of natural adaptogens and supplements.
