Joseph “Da Rulk” Sakoda is the creator of RFT. Da Rulk is a modern-day warrior and master in kinesiology and biomechanics, also known for training celebrities such as Chris Hemsworth and Josh Brolin for their roles as Thor and Thanos in the MARVEL films. He is the coach that trains the special forces and first responders. His method is featured on Chris Hemsworth’s app - Centr.
