High Performance Routines, or HPR’s as we like to call them, are the specific set of routines we do daily to align our body, mind & spirit. In this mini lunch-time workout, you will learn The Mana’s foundational series of goal-oriented trainings, such as - animal push up and core routines, stretching, functional strength, steel mace, etc.
Bring water, a towel, resistance band, journal & a yoga mat if you prefer. All optional.
