Primal Body Fitness Program - Focus on building a strong muscular foundation by getting back to the basics with our 3-day strength training protocol. Use the strength program by itself or in conjunction with our RFT regimen to burn fat and increase cardio endurance. Coupled with the nutrition program, you’ll feel the power of transformation in just four weeks.
Optimal Nutrition Program - Using nutritionally dense foods & adaptogens, the meal plan is a balanced approach to eating an organic, whole foods diet. Designed for the busy individual, this plan is designed to meal prep so your food supports your busy schedule. The nutrition program guides you in sourcing your food from the best quality food providers. The program boasts anti-inflammatory foods, probiotics, grass-fed & regeneratively raised meat, and sustainably farmed and/or wild fish without added colors or artificial feeds.
Supplement Protocol - We provide you with a list of natural supplements for you to play with based on your goals. Discover the healing powers of adaptogenic mushrooms and superfoods like ashwagandha and reishi. Learn how to use amino acids for developing muscle.
