The MANA METHOD Class is a 60-minute workout class that activates your mind, body & breath through primal training practices, including meditation, breath work, sound healing, animal flow, boxing & MMA, HIIT, strength training, & raw functional training. Through these practices, we prepare, activate and integrate our “Primal Bodies & Enlightened Minds”, so we can then align ourselves with our “Warrior Spirits.” This is the trinity of The Mana Method. We create the safe space to talk through our passions, dreams & philosophies and express our energy through movement.
After we move, we NOURISH with a Cafe Com Beijo BBQ. Taylor Erica provides a feast of grilled vegetables, salads & juices to refuel afterwards. Proteins will be “potluck style” so bring anything you’d like to throw on the grill. Seasonings, sauces & refrigeration provided.
Stay and play by the pool with us and get to know our community of mindful warriors, known as The Mana Pride.
Bring a towel, swim suit, sunscreen, water, and wear comfortable clothes and shoes to move in.
Suggested class donation is $55 to cover cost of food and supplies.
