Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

4 ripe avocados

1 can of coconut milk

3 egg yolks

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1 1/4 cup raw, unsweetened cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp reishi mushroom powder

2 tsp he shou wu

Raspberries, strawberries or blueberries for topping

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth.

Add the pudding to a small bowl and top with the berries.
